As a number of statutory filings deadlines draw near, many insurance departments took the opportunity this week to provide regulatory flexibility addressing when and how a number of filings are made. States continue to issue bulletins urging insurers to assist consumers in various ways including premium grace periods or premium credit programs for auto and other property and casualty lines of business.

REMINDER: We will distribute an updated version of this chart twice a week for the foreseeable future, highlighting new material. We are in the process of developing additional tools to assist our clients as the regulatory landscape continues to change in response to this pandemic.
