Mr. Clark Baker of the Arkansas Department of Environmental (“ADEQ”) Quality Office of Water Quality undertook a presentation at the Arkansas Environmental Federation Water Seminar titled The Work of a Water Inspector (“Presentation”).
Mr. Baker serves as an Inspector Supervisor in the Office of Water Quality.
Mr. Baker’s Presentation addressed a number of issues and provided a number of facts associated with ADEQ’s Office of Water Quality inspection/enforcement process.
The Presentation addressed:
