The Environmental Council of the States (“ECOS”) issued a September 12th news release stating that Becky Keogh has been elected Vice President of the organization.
Ms. Keogh serves as Director of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
ECOS describes itself as the national nonprofit, nonpartisan association of state and territorial environmental agency leaders. It is based in Washington, D.C.
Selected as President was Todd Parfitt, Director of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, and Secretary-Treasurer Jim Macy, Director of the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality.
