A FIP is a federally implemented plan to achieve air quality standards.
EPA announced Regional Haze FIPs for Arkansas and Missouri in a news release yesterday.
Both Governor Asa Hutchinson and ADEQ Director Becky Keogh have responded with a joint news release to EPA’s action.
A copy of the previously referenced ADEQ Director/Governor joint news release can be downloaded here.
