The United States Senate Environment and Public Works Committee held a June 13th hearing titled:

Oversight of the Army Corps’ Regulation of Surplus Water and the Role of States’ Rights (“Hearing”)

A focus of the witnesses’ testimony was the United States Army Corps of Engineers proposed rule titled:

Use of Corps Reservoir Projects for Domestic Municipal & Industrial Water Supply. 81 Fed. Reg. 91556 (Dec. 16, 2016)
