The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (“NACWA”) has announced its 2025 Peak Performance Award Honorees.
The Peak Performance Awards are described as identifying facilities that have:
… demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting public health and the environment through outstanding permit compliance and operational performance during calendar year 2025.
The awards are stated to recognize:
- Exceptional commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Environmental stewardship.
- Operational excellence.
NACWA describes its organization as the Nation’s recognized leader in legislative, regulatory, legal, and communications advocacy on the full spectrum of clean water issues, as well as a top technical resource for water management, sustainability, and ecosystem protection and interest. The organization represents public wastewater and stormwater agencies of all sizes nationwide.
Both the Little Rock Reclamation Authority and the North Little Rock Wastewater Utility had two facilities each represented in the top award category – Platinum.
