A blog post on August 3rd referenced the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (“NACWA”) as announcing its 2025 Peak Performance Award Honorees.
The Peak Performance Awards are described as identifying facilities that have:
… demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting public health and the environment through outstanding permit compliance and operational performance during calendar year 2025.
The awards are stated to recognize:
- Exceptional commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Environmental stewardship.
- Operational excellence.
More on the awards can be found in the previously referenced post.
The post inadvertently and unfortunately left out a third Arkansas municipality that was named as an Honoree. The Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility – Boyd Point Treatment Facility was also named a Platinum Honoree.
A well-deserved recognition.
A copy of the new release containing the list of honorees can be found here.
