(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell Williams Attorneys Graham Talley and Cara Butler presented at the Society for Arkansas Healthcare Purchasing and Materials Management's (SAHPMM) Annual Meeting in Hot Springs. They discussed the vaccine mandate and requirements for vendors and business associates that come into hospitals to do business.
Talley litigates and tries complex, multi-party and class action disputes for clients in the healthcare, insurance, retail and banking industries. In recent years, Graham has served as trial counsel more than a half dozen times, all in cases with millions of dollars at stake. His focus on trials often involves the preparation and cross-examination of scientific witnesses, the presentation of complex argument on legal issues during trial and the preservation of error.
Butler is an employment attorney that counsels businesses and not-for-profits on employment and workplace issues to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. She advises human resources administration on hiring and termination, employee discipline, state and federal leave laws, employee handbooks and policies and wage and hour compliance.
