The United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) submitted a May 1st Notification to EPA titled:
Evaluation of Trends in Resource Conservation and Recovery Act State-Level Enforcement Data.

The Notification is transmitted from Gabrielle Fekete, Director of OIG Programs, Offices, and Centers Oversight Directorate/Office of Special Review and Evaluation to Jeffrey A. Hall, EPA Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.
OIG states that it will evaluate Resource Conservation and Recovery Act enforcement trends. The stated objective is to:
…identify state-level trends in Resource Conservation and Recovery Act enforcement data for large quantity generators from 2020 through 2024.
