The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment - Division of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”) issued an August 25th news release stating that the Compliance Advisory Panel (“CAP”) will conduct its third quarterly meeting.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, in North Little Rock.
Members and the public may attend via the virtual platform Microsoft Teams.
The meeting agenda is stated to include:
- Approval of minutes from the November 2024, March 2025, and June 2025 meetings.
- Discussing recent changes to the board for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Updates from a representative of DEQ’s Office of Air Quality.
DEQ describes CAP as a federal program established to help small businesses with Air Permits.
