The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment announced the agenda for the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (“Commission”) meeting on August 28th.
The Commission is the environmental policy-making body for Arkansas.
The Commission, with certain exceptions, meets on a monthly basis. It issued a notice stating:
The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will meet Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.
The PC&EC meeting agenda includes nomination and selection of the PC&EC chair and vice chair; a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor; and a request to vote on a recommended decision issued by PC&EC’s administrative law judge in Docket No. 25-001-NOV, In the Matter of Eaton-Moery Environmental Services.
