The Arkansas Environmental Federation has established a scholarship fund in memory of Pat Keogh of Roland, Arkansas.
Pat passed away on August 5, 2020.
Pat was an Arkansas native raised and educated in Marianna, Arkansas.
Pat’s education and career were deeply immersed in environmental, civil, and structural engineering projects for over 30 years. He received both his Engineering and Master Degree of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Arkansas. During this time he met his wife of 41 years, Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment Secretary Becky Keogh.
Pat began his career in Louisiana, working for several years consulting and supporting cities in the New Orleans area. After starting a family, the Keoghs moved back to Arkansas where he worked in civil engineering for consulting firms and the City of Hot Springs. He retired in 2020 after service as a Site Manager for Alcoa for over 23 years.
