The Arkansas Environmental Federation (“AEF”) will be holding its annual Land Seminar on April 14th in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Land Seminar will be held at the Wyndham River Front located at 2 Riverfront Place.
AEF describes the Land Seminar as bringing together professionals responsible for land management, environmental compliance, and project development across Arkansas.
Sessions are noted to provide practical insight into:

- Land use considerations.
- Regulatory coordination affecting industrial and infrastructure projects.

- Managing Compliance Risk: Operational Lessons and Emerging Pressure Points.
I will be undertaking the Annual Update addressing State and Federal waste management/recycling regulatory issues/decisions.
