Arkansas Energy Personnel Moves:  Donna Gray Named Executive Director of the Arkansas Public Service Commission

                                            The Arkansas Public Service Commission (“PSC”) announced in a July 9th news release that Donna Gray has been named Executive Director.
Ms. Gray is stated to have prior experience on the PSC staff having held senior leadership roles for more than 25 years through oversight of the development of the General Staff’s position in numerous proceedings.
Ms. Gray’s experience is further described as having served as expert witness on a range of policy-making issues at both the State and Federal levels. She has also served as a Regulatory Consultant and has ten years of experience in collegiate teaching and administration, as well as budget and fiscal review for the legislative branch in Arkansas.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Finance from Missouri State University.
