The Arkansas Department of Agriculture announced that the Arkansas State Plant Board will meet on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, 1 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR.
The Bureau of Standards’ primary mission is described as the Arkansas Department of Agriculture as the promotion of equity and fairness of Arkansas commerce involving weighing or measuring for commercial purposes.
Agenda items include:
- Review and approve the Arkansas State Plant Board meeting minutes of March 10, 2026, and April 6, 2026, special called meeting.
- Plant Industries report - Corey Seats, Director.
- Pest Control Committee report - Dr. Ken Korth.
- Pesticide Committee report - George Dunklin.
- Program update and enforcement actions.
- Keenali update.
- Bureau of Standards Committee report - Robin Ralston.
- Program update and enforcement actions.
- Boll Weevil Eradication Program report - Sam Stuckey.
