The Arkansas Department of Agriculture has scheduled a March 10th Pesticide Committee meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, 1 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR.
Agenda items include:
- Discussion of unmanned (drone) category – Susie Nichols, Pesticide Section Manager.
- Discussion of Kaput registration.
- Pesticide Section Kaput update – Susie Nichols, Pesticide Section Manager.
- Kaput manufacturer update – Richard Ponte, Scimetrics.
- Kaput research update – Dr. John Tomechek, Texas A&M Agri-life.
- Arkansas Feral Hog Eradication Task Force – Ryan Farney, Feral Hog Program Coordinator.
- Other business – George Dunklin, Pesticide Committee Chairman.
The Pesticide Committee is one of the nine Committees that the Arkansas State Plant Board oversees.
