The American Public Power Association (“APPA”) issued a July 1st news release naming its officers elected for 2026-2027.
Bret Carroll, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Conway Corporation, was elected Treasurer.
APPA describes the organization as the voice for not-for-profit, community-owned utilities that power 2,000 towns and cities nationwide.
Conway Corporation operates the city-owned electric, water, wastewater, cable television, internet, telephone, and home security utility services for the citizens of Conway, Arkansas.
