The Mississippi Commission of Environmental Quality (“MCEQ”) and Rite-Hite Products Corporation (“Rite-Hite”) entered into a June 11th Agreed Order (“AO”) addressing the alleged violation of their permit. See Order No. 7715 26.
The Order addresses a loading dock manufacturing facility operating in Horn Lake, MS.
The facility is stated to operate pursuant to a Title V Operating Permit.
Rite-Hite is alleged to have failed to submit a timely renewal application to Mississippi Environmental Quality Permit Board (“Permit Board”) in violation of condition 1.17 of the permit. The company subsequently submitted a Title V Operating Permit Renewal Application to the Permit Board on June 6th , 2025.
The AO states that Rite-Hite comply with all terms and conditions of the Title V Operating Permit, until the Permit Board acts on the renewal application.
A copy of the AO can be found here.
