We can always start to help you earlier than that, but most of the time we get a call because there is a buyer or you're ready to sell. If you're the buyer and you're saying, “I want to go out and I want to grow,” we can help you with what you're looking for and how best to structure it to achieve your goals.
If you haven't signed that letter of intent, we will help you negotiate that letter of intent or term sheet to see if this is a deal that makes sense for you and your business. And if you want to pursue it, we then assist you with the documentation and the structuring of all of it – really from A to Z.
