“How can litigators become true business partners?”
Attorney Graham Talley: The biggest thing I want our group to do, and how I try and service my specific clients, is to be a lawyer that can handle a broad variety of disputes. By being a good business partner in a relationship that we want to mature and grow.
And that's getting to know the client, how the client operates, how the client's business is structured so that when we are faced with different kinds of risk – whether it's a real estate litigation case, whether it's a medical malpractice case, whether it's a dispute with an employee or contractor – that we have the understanding of the client's operations that allow us to give good advice and be a steady hand throughout what is often a pretty long process in our kinds of litigation.
