Attorney Audra Hamilton: When employers are merging, when there's some kind of a business deal that's happening between one employer and another, we help them out at that stage to know what you need to look for when you're looking at acquiring or selling a piece of your business as it relates to your employees. So, we go across the board.
We try to help them make sure that they are evaluating what the issues are in that acquisition or merger such that they are not buying more potential risk than they have to. We help them out at that stage to talk through the options and hopefully bring them a sense of comfort at the end of it and the decision that they want to make, and that they know what they can expect from that process.
