Christina Chen concentrates her practice on business and corporate matters. She assists clients with business formation and governance matters. She assists with the representation of real estate clients reviewing purchase agreements and transaction documents. She also drafts and reviews loan documents for banking clients. While in law school, Christina served as a law clerk for the firm where she assisted business attorneys with research on corporate matters.
