Mitchell Williams Welcomes Associates Jackson Lyall and Cole D. Henderson to the Firm

(ROGERS, ARK.) Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. is honored to announce Jackson “Jack” Lyall and Cole D. Henderson have joined the firm as associates in the Rogers office.

Lyall focuses his practice on litigation matters, representing businesses, insurers and individuals in a range of commercial and liability disputes. A recent cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, he brings practical litigation experience from clerkships in private practice and government, offering a strong foundation in legal research, writing and strategy. During law school, he served as president of the Business Law Association, articles editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, and tutored first-year students in legal research, analysis and writing.

In his return to private practice, Henderson focuses on business matters and supports the firm’s tax group. He is an experienced tax and business attorney who primarily represents private businesses and individuals in transactions, estate planning and related tax matters. He assists clients with business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and contract negotiation. He regularly assists individuals and families with drafting and administering estate and business succession plans, using his prior experience as a trust officer at First Security Bank. Henderson earned an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas.
