Jack Lyall focuses his practice on litigation, providing representation for businesses, insurers, and individuals across a range of commercial and liability disputes. He is a recent cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law who brings practical litigation experience from clerkships in private practice and government, offering a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and strategy. During law school, he served as President of the Business Law Association, Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, and tutored first-year students in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing.
