Located in the Rogers office, Martinez offers extensive experience in trusts and estates, asset protection, and tax planning, developed through his prior experience at national law firms and private practice.

Martinez is an experienced tax and business attorney that provides comprehensive high-touch legal counsel in sophisticated estate, asset protection, business and tax planning matters. With advanced legal training and extensive experience, he counsels high-net-worth individuals, ultra-affluent families and successful businesses offering technical knowledge and practical guidance to address wealth preservation, multi-generational succession and trust and estate administration challenges.
Martinez serves as president of the Estate Planning Council of Arkansas and as treasurer of the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a member of the board of the Arkansas Community Foundation Fayetteville Area Affiliate and is a board member of The Salvation Army NWA Area Command.
Martinez holds a Master of Laws in taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Texas A&M University.
