Mitchell Williams Welcomes Associate Caroline Harrod

(Little Rock. Ark.)  Mitchell, Williams Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces the addition of attorney Caroline Harrod as an associate in the Little Rock office, further strengthening the firm's business practice.

Harrod works with clients on real estate matters and business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, business operations and general corporate matters. She also assists with entity formation, loan documentation and lease agreements.

Harrod holds a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in professional writing and a Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, in horn performance from the University of Central Arkansas.
