Litigation Attorney Emily Runyon Joins Firm

(ROGERS, Ark.) —Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces attorney Emily Runyon has joined the firm’s litigation practice in Rogers.   

Emily is a litigation and trial attorney who defends insurance carriers, corporations and health care institutions in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and bad faith lawsuits. Combining her years of experience as a litigator with her previous experience as an Arkansas Supreme Court clerk, Emily provides her clients with comprehensive counsel in litigation and insurance coverage matters. She also assists school districts across the state by conducting investigations into sensitive employment issues and/or student or parental concerns.

Emily is a member of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.    She earned a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
