Laura C. Bryan combines her fifteen years of experience at the Texas and Alabama insurance departments with her knowledge as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) to assist firm counsel with insurance and insurer-related financial transactions. She provides insurance regulatory financial and compliance support on corporate, financial, and holding company matters. As a former regulator, she brings a distinctive combination of experience to the table in the areas of financial analysis and examination, life and health rate filings, and internal audit, which she ultimately uses to assist clients in avoiding objections and to put them on the fast track to approval. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her chihuahua and orange tabby cat, kickboxing, taking baking classes, and decorating cakes and cookies.
