Mitchell Williams Welcomes Business Associate Verenice Taylor

(Little Rock. Ark.)  Mitchell, Williams Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces Attorney Verenice Perez Taylor has joined the firm. Taylor joins the business practice in Little Rock.

Taylor assists with the representation of clients in corporate, business and real estate transactions.  Drawing on her legal education, work as a paralegal at Mitchell Williams, and her prior experience in commercial banking and investment finance, she supports the transactional team in navigating the complex regulatory environment of commercial finance.

Involved in the legal community, Taylor is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock where she serves as treasurer and is a Chi Omega alumnae.

Taylor holds a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas Little Rock Williams H. Bowen School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, in economics and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in mathematics from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
