2025 Summer II Law Clerks Join Mitchell Williams

(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. is hosting five law clerks for the 2025 Summer II term. Law students Galesia Jackson, Lindsey Norman and Diego Perez are clerking in the firm’s Little Rock office. Clerking in the firm’s Rogers office are law students Andrew Kutchka and Sawyer Swaim.
Galesia Jackson is attending law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she serves as president of the Black Law Student Association and serves as a Student Bar Association part-time senator. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
Lindsey Norman is a law student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she is a UA Little Rock Law Review member, a Mock Trial Traveling Team member and earned top paper in Contracts I, Federal Income Taxation and Real Estate Transactions. She is also a member of the Business & Tax Law Society, the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers and the Christian Legal Society. Norman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Pre-Law, summa cum laude, from Arkansas State University.
Diego Perez is a law student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he serves as a Student Bar Association full-time senator. He is an executive student representative for Kaplan Bar Prep and is a member of the Latin American Law Student Association. Perez is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts in criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.
Andrew Kutchka is a law student at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he serves as vice president of the Student Bar Association and is a member of the Journal of Food Law & Policy. He is also a member of the Board of Advocates and the Black Law Student Association. Kutchka earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Arkansas.
Sawyer Swaim is a law student at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he served as Arkansas Food and Policy staff editor and was a semifinalist of the 2024-2025 Moot Court Competition. He is also a member of the Young Democrats Society and the Environmental Law Society. Swaim earned both a Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science, magna cume laude, from Lyon College
The Mitchell Williams Law Clerk program is designed to provide law students with experience to develop the skills necessary to excel in the practice of law. Law clerks are assigned substantive, challenging and billable work to expand their skills and they actively assist lawyers.
