Professional Experience
- Represents healthcare organizations in a variety of civil litigation matters
- Conducts compliance investigations with hospitals and advises hospitals on compliance issues
- Defends physicians, nurses, allied health professional and healthcare organizations against claims of malpractice and professional liability
- Counsels hospitals and other healthcare providers regarding risk management policies and practices
- Defends long term care clients in regulatory investigations conducted by the Arkansas Attorney General, Arkansas Office of Long Term Care, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and other state and federal regulatory bodies
- Serves as direct risk management counsel to one of Arkansas’ largest hospital operators
