The United States Environmental Protection Agency Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training (“EPA”) has issued the November 2015 edition of the Environmental Crimes Case Bulletin (Bulletin).
The Bulletin summarizes publicized investigative activity and adjudicated cases conducted by EPA special agents, forensics specialists and legal support staff.
