A Tuesday blog post noted the availability of the personnel chart for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) Office of Land Resources (“Office”) Petroleum Tank Program and Enforcement Section http://www.mitchellwilliamslaw.com/arkansas-department-of-environmental-quality-reorganization-update-petroleum-tank-program-and-enforcement-personnel-chart.
The Office’s other three sections personnel charts are also available.
The other three sections are:
- Mining
- Compliance and Emergency Response
- Regulated Waste
The Senior Managers for two of the three sections include:
- Jim Stephens – Mining Program and Land Resources Administration (Mr. Stephens was formerly Chief of the Mining Division
- Tammie Hynum – Regulated Waste Program (Ms. Hynum was formerly Chief of the Hazardous Waste Division)
The Compliance and Emergency Response Program’s Senior Manager position is listed as “vacant”.
The Compliance and Emergency Response Programs section includes:
- Emergency Response
- Site Assessment & Brownfield
- Hazardous Waste Management Inspectors
- Solid Waste Management Inspectors
- Regulated Storage Tanks and Mining Inspectors
Penny Wilson, formerly a Branch Manager of the Hazardous Waste Division, and Scott McWilliams, formerly a Branch Manager with the Solid Waste Division, are listed as Branch Managers, respectively of this section.
The Regulated Waste Program includes:
- Programs
- Engineering (including Solid Waste and Removal & Remedial and Permitting & Corrective Action)
- Technical (including Groundwater and Risk Assessment)
Branch Managers include Susan Speake (Programs) and Jay Rich (Technical). The Engineering Branch Manager position is listed as vacant.
The Mining Program and Land Resources Administration includes:
- Fiscal and Audit Coordinator
- Land Auditor
