As noted in a previous blog post, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board has posted presentations from the 2013 Oklahoma Water Conference.

Ms. Sharlene Leurig of Ceres undertook a presentation titled Developing Sustainable Water Systems.

Ms. Leurig's presentation topics included:

  • The Business of Public Water
  • Water Risks in Shale Oil and Gas Production
  • The Thirsty Business of Agriculture

She also addresses the decentralization/consolidation of water infrastructure and state financing of water solutions.
