LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Attorney Trav Baxter presented during the Arkansas Farm Bureau’s 87th annual convention held this week at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. He discussed the steps involved in succession planning for family farms and the tools needed to achieve the family’s objectives.
Baxter focuses his practice on business tax planning, trust and estates and agriculture law. He provides counsel to individuals and business entities in the areas of estate planning, tax advice, administration of trusts and estates, formation and operation of business entities and succession planning.
