AUSTIN, TX – Attorney Lauren DiLizia moderated a panel about how emerging technologies are transforming the insurance industry at the American Bar Association’s 45th Annual Tips Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits today in Coral Gables, FL.
The panel, entitled “InsureTech and Big Data,” featured panelists Steve Hendrich, General Counsel at Aetna Senior Supplemental Insurance; Linn F. Freedman, Attorney at Robinson & Cole LLP; and Tim Mullen, Director of Market Regulation at National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Panelists discussed the increasing influence of Big Data on the provision of insurance coverage in Life, Health and other lines.
DiLizia handles corporate regulatory and transactional matters with a particular emphasis on insurance companies. She has successfully led and managed complex regulatory and compliance issues for insurance companies in Texas and on a national basis.
