LITTLE ROCK – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates and Woodyard, P.L.L.C. attorney Larry Watkins will be a featured presenter during the Making the Most of Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) in Arkansas webinar hosted by Design-Build Institute of America on Wednesday, June 13.
The webinar will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. and will provide insight on P3 basics and the need and interests of P3s in Arkansas as well as highlight three Arkansas P3 projects that are under development (port, water distribution, and transportation). Watkins will be joined by fellow speakers Susan Roberts of Texas A&M, Matt Girard of DBIA and the Plenary Group , and Jerry Holder of Garver.
Watkins focuses his practice in the construction industry and is one of the only construction attorneys in Arkansas who has worked on public-private partnership projects and transactions. He is also professor of construction law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
