(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell Williams Attorney Lance Miller spoke on a panel for the Pulaski County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Institute. The panelists discussed subchapter V bankruptcy and focused on the benefits, the role of the subchapter V trustee, the general subchapter V process and how it can be used to preserve and reorganize small businesses.
Miller has extensive experience as a trial lawyer focusing on complex financial disputes. He concentrates his practice on creditor’s rights and remedies including bankruptcy, foreclosure, secured transactions, replevins, receiverships and other areas of business/commercial litigation, having tried cases before state, federal and bankruptcy courts and arbitration tribunals. Drawing from his background in agriculture and farming, Lance assists agriculture clients and agriculture lenders with land purchases, land sales and re-organization of debt.
