The annual list puts the spotlight on talented young leaders in Arkansas’ business and nonprofit community. Branscum is an associate in the Business Practice Group. She graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she served as Associate Notes Editor on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
