LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Kendra Pruitt, associate with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard P.L.L.C., has been recognized by Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Finest Young Professional honoree. As one of the 31 Finest Young Professionals, Pruitt will be celebrated at Taste of the Finest at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock on August 25, 2017.
Finest Young Professionals are recognized for “their career success, commitment to the community and dedication to raising funds and awareness to support (cystic fibrosis) research, patient services, and other mission activities of the CF Foundation,” according to Little Rock Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s website. Taste of the Finest will celebrate as they aim to raise their goal of $135,000 in funds to the CF Foundation. Pruitt has assisted in raising over $3,000 individually towards the cause.
Pruitt is a member of the firm’s regulated business practice group. She handles corporate regulatory and compliance matters, including organizing, licensing and qualifying insurance companies, prepares regulatory filings and advises insurance companies before various state insurance departments. She is a native of Newport, Ark., and a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
