Jonathan K. Nichols counsels businesses and entrepreneurs on tax issues, business entity formation, business transactions, mergers, acquisitions and contract matters. He also assists individuals with estate planning, trusts and tax efficient charitable giving. Before law school, Jonathan received his Masters in Accountancy from the Sam Walton Graduate School of Business at the University of Arkansas, and went on to pass all four sections of the CPA exam. He then graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of law with a Certificate in Business Law. Immediately following law school, Jonathan continued to the New York University School of Law where he completed his LL.M. in Taxation.
Outside of the office, Jonathan is currently pursuing his Diploma in Wine from the London-based Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), which is widely regarded as one of the flagship certifications amongst wine professionals and Sommeliers in the world.
