(AUSTIN, Tex.) — Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces attorney Lee Seidlits has joined the firm’s insurance regulatory practice.
Lee is an insurance transactional and regulatory attorney with an international practice advising insurance companies and other entities on issues relating to insurance regulation, transactions involving insurance entities and state insurance department enforcement matters. Connecting his experience as a former regulator with the Texas Department of Insurance with his extensive knowledge of insurance law and subject matter, he understands what clients face when under regulatory scrutiny. He provides leadership and legal counsel on insurance company and industry issues to help insurance entities attain their business objectives efficiently and effectively. He also assists clients in understanding the impact of insurance regulatory changes at both the state and federal levels.

Lee earned a juris doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, cum laude, from Trinity University.
