LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. Attorney Wendy Johnson was a presenter during a panel discussion at the annual Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Meeting in Rogers on Nov. 8.
During the panel, “Understanding Ethical Issues in Business,” Johnson spoke alongside other industry experts on social networking, privacy, transparency and environmental protection.
As a former state prosecutor and U.S. prosecutor, Johnson’s practice is concentrated in the area of investigations and corporate compliance. She has extensive experience leading large-scale corporate internal investigations and complex tax investigations and has handled numerous matters in trial and appellate courts.
The ACFE is the largest anti-fraud organization with over 80,000 members and premier provider of anti-fraud training and education. Its members work to reduce business fraud worldwide and increase public confidence within the profession.
