The United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training has published the December 2015 edition of the Environmental Crimes Case Bulletin (“Bulletin”).
The Bulletin summarizes publicized investigative activity and adjudicated cases conducted by the EPA Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics Training Criminal Investigation Division special agents, forensics specialists, and legal support staff.
