The United States Environmental Protection Agency Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training (“EPA”) publishes a monthly bulletin summarizing publicized investigative activity and adjudicated cases conducted by EPA Criminal Investigation Division special agents, forensic specialists, and legal support staff.
EPA has published the August 2015 edition.
The matters addressed in the Bulletin include:
- Mark Pullyblank, William Clements, Crane-Hogan Structural Systems, Inc. – Clean Water Act – Alleged illegal discharge of concrete slurry without a permit

Gary Southern, Dennis P. Farrell – Clean Water Act – Alleged negligently discharging refuse matter in violation of the federal Refuse Act; failing to have a pollution prevention plan

Gulf Coast Asphalt Company, LLC – Oil Pollution Act and Migratory Bird Treaty Act – Alleged illegal discharge of oil that released into a United States river
