The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”) will hold its 2016 Environmental Trade Fair and Conference (“Conference”) beginning on May 3rd in Austin, Texas.
TCEQ states that the event hosts about 4,000 people.
The Conference will include over 100 educational sessions on topics such as waste management and wastewater permitting. Further, more than 350 exhibits will provide environmental information and products.
The Air Permitting Track will include topics such as:
- Air Permits Division Updates
- Commonly Used Permits by Rule
- Introduction in New Source Permits
- Prevention of Significant Deterioration/Non-Attainment Review/Netting
- Site Operating Permits
- Improving Practices in Environmental Risk Communication
Other educational tracks include:
- Compliance Assistance and Enforcement
- Introduction to Environmental Regulations
- Lab Practices and Data Reporting
- Occupational Licensing
- Oil and Gas
- Water
