LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 7, 2009) - Four litigation attorneys at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., one of the state’s largest law firms, have been selected for inclusion in the premier edition of Super Lawyers – Corporate Counsel Edition. The four members–from the firm’s Little Rock office–will be featured in the September 2009 issue of the publication.

Individuals selected and their defense practice areas are Sherry P. Bartley, Personal Injury – Products Liability; R. T. Beard, III, Personal Injury – Medical Malpractice; Stuart P. Miller, Personal Injury – Medical Malpractice; and Lyn P. Pruitt, Personal Injury – Products Liability.

The objective polling, research and selection process resulting in the selection of attorneys for this honor was performed by Key Professional Media, Inc., which has been publishing legal magazines since 1990 and Super Lawyers since 1991. The defense litigators were selected by those named to the Super Lawyers list in defense-related practices.

According to William C. White, publisher of Super Lawyers, the magazine will be mailed to some 25,000 lead corporate counsel and CEOs of public and private companies nationwide, and the list of top defense litigators also will appear on the magazine’s website at www.superlawyers.com.
