Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) Office of Water Quality Permit Engineer Christian Wiberley undertook a presentation at the 2016 Arkansas Water Works & Water Environment Association titled Stream Mixing Zones and TRC Determinations (“presentation”).
Mr. Wiberley’s presentation addressed a number of issues related to Clean Water Act National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permits and water quality standards.
