Professional Experience

A broad range of litigation including litigation in all state and federal courts. Represents national product liability and pharmaceutical clients in multi-district litigation including lead counsel for the nation's largest agricultural product manufacturer. Lead counsel in long-running school district desegregation and institutional reform litigation. Clients include national manufacturing and pharmaceutical concerns, Fortune 500 companies, particularly in insurance coverage litigation and numerous local school districts.
