Rick Beard is the Managing Director of Mitchell Williams. He is a trial lawyer and a member of the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of insurance companies and self-insured corporations in all phases of civil litigation, including defense of medical malpractice claims, personal injury claims, products liability claims and legal malpractice.
Mr. Beard has over 40 years of litigation and trial experience, and is a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of The American Board of Trial Advocates and a Member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
